Wow. That is now in my top 3 best things to eat. The gravy is a
reduction sauce that is what made the dish. Although the duck confit
was pretty damn nice as well.

Oh and my duck confi Poutine.

Haven't taken a lot of pics in Vegas, nothing new I guess. So here is
